Student offers his body to top advert bidder

A STUDENT has agreed to turn his body into a human billboard in a bid to raise thousands of pounds for charity.

Stefan Pretty will have the name of a company or individual tattooed across his shoulder in a move he hopes will make 25,000 for Oxfam.

The competition costs 1.25 to enter – and the winner will get their name, or a business logo, inked on Mr Pretty's body.

Mr Pretty, who admitted he doesn't like tattoos, will pick the winning entry at random.

The 20-year-old, who studies civil engineering at Glasgow University, said: "

I thought of the idea while having a shower and launched the fundraising on Saturday. I'm not going to have a tattoo across my entire back but on one of my shoulders.

"There may be an option for the person who is chosen to be flown over to witness it being put on."

Mr Pretty, originally from Perth, said he plans to have the tattoo done on 1 March next year.
