Stars' restaurant loses court fight

A LONDON restaurant frequented by the rich and famous will have to change its name after losing a legal battle.

The Court of Appeal ruled that Cipriani London, a favourite of celebrities such as Sir Elton John and David and Victoria Beckham, is in breach of trademarks owned by a company behind the luxury Hotel Cipriani in Venice.
