Soldier killed in Afghan blast to be laid to rest

THE funeral of a 21-year-old British soldier who died in a blast in Afghanistan will be held today.

Private James Grigg, of the 1st Battalion, The Royal Anglian Regiment, was killed by an improvised explosive device in Helmand Province.

He died alongside Lance Corporal Scott Hardy, from Chelmsford, Essex, on 16 March.
