Ranulph Fiennes crash witness appeal

POLICE appealed for witnesses to a three-car crash in which adventurer Sir Ranulph Fiennes apparently swerved into the opposite carriageway.

The 66-year-old was left "dazed" after his Jaguar hit a Nissan Micra travelling in the opposite direction on the A6 in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
