RAF man killed in Cyprus road smash

A BRITISH airman has died in a road accident in Cyprus, the RAF said yesterday.

Corporal David Jones, 37, of Engineering Support Squadron, was killed near Paphos on Sunday. He was based at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus. A 77-year-old Cypriot man was arrested after failing a drink-driving test.
