Queen calls visit off after catching cold

THE Queen has pulled out of a visit to the British Museum today after coming down with a cold.

Buckingham Palace said the 85-year-old monarch was due to tour the London attraction’s Australia Landscape exhibition ahead of her trip to the country next week. Palace officials still expect the Queen to hold a reception this evening.
