£5,000 court fine for bar owner

The owner of a bar who claimed customers caught smoking were simply testing out a shisha pipe has been ordered to pay more than £5,000 by a court.

Gurjot Patwalia said the shisha bar in north-west London, should be treated as a humidor room.
