Profile: Miss Whiplash lures Tories and bankers

NATALIE Rowe, 47, is a former dominatrix who was based in a £550-a-month flat in West Kensington in London.

Also known as Jennifer Shackleton, she ran an agency called Black Beauties in the 1990s and operated under the names Miss Whiplash and Mistress Pain.

Charging £350 an hour her clients have reportedly included senior Tories, a bank chief executive and a world-famous television host. Her link with George Osborne is through a friend William Sinclair, a descendent of one of Britain’s biggest landowners who was her boyfriend at the time.

The two men were members of Oxford University’s Bullingdon Club, a male-only institution with a reputation for heavy drinking. Ms Rowe said that Mr Osborne and Mr Sinclair discovered by accident that she was a professional dominatrix when they found her whips and equipment at the flat. She claims they found it amusing.

She sold her story to the Sunday Mirror in 2005 with a picture of her with Mr Osborne with what looked like cocaine in front of them from 1994.

In her interview with Australia’s ABC television she said: “I said to George jokingly that when you’re prime minister one day I’ll have all the dirty goods on you.”
