Petrol station crash wrecks £180,000 Aston Martin

A MOTORIST was left devastated after his £180,000 Aston Martin was written off by a car that crashed into it on a petrol station forecourt.

He was filling up his 190mph DBS when the driver of a pink Vauxhall Corsa lost control on a roundabout next to the garage. It careered into the side of the Aston, leaving it damaged beyond repair. The Aston’s owner, who asked to remain anonymous, said: “I was filling up and then I saw the car coming towards me. “She drove out of the petrol station onto the roundabout, lost it and came over the kerb and came straight into the car. “It will be a write-off. They won’t fix that.” Emergency services rushed to the Esso garage in Swindon, Wiltshire, following the incident at 3pm on Tuesday. Nobody was injured and no arrests were made. Daniel Craig drove an Aston Martin DBS as James Bond in Casino Royale.
