One third of Brits fail to save money

THE average saver sets aside just over £100 a month, but a third of Britons are failing to save anything at all, a survey by Santander Bank has showed.

People who are saving money on a regular basis deposit around 116 each month.

But 39 per cent of people admitted they are not saving anything.
