NHS ‘should do more for woman doctors’

The NHS should develop more flexible working patterns in response to the increasing number of female doctors, says the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.

It is calling on the NHS throughout the UK to adapt to the 37 per cent increase in female doctors since 2001.
