Murdoch called back by MPs

JAMES Murdoch will, as widely predicted, face another grilling by MPs investigating the News of the World phone-hacking scandal.

Commons Culture, Media and Sport Committee chairman John Whittingdale said the chief executive Europe and Asia of News Corporation, who gave evidence in July, was being recalled.

Meanwhile, Sheila Henry, whose 28-year-old son Christian Small died in the 7/7 terror attacks in 2005, is to sue NotW publisher News International over alleged phone hacking.

Lawyers told Mr Justice Vos, in London, Mrs Henry had launched legal proceedings earlier this week.
