Mum accused of killing her kids

LIANNE Smith, the woman accused of killing both her children in a Spanish hotel room, was undergoing psychiatric tests last night to assess whether she is fit to face charges.

The investigation into the deaths of five-year-old Rebecca Smith and her 11-month-old brother Daniel took a dramatic twist when it was disclosed that they were the children of alleged paedophile Martin Smith, who appeared in court in the UK yesterday.
