Motorists ‘enjoy’ splashing walkers

Mischievous motorists are happy to make a splash by deliberately soaking pedestrians in wet conditions, according to a survey.

More than a third admitted laughing if they saw a soaked pedestrian, with 16 per cent splashing them on purpose.
