Marti Pellow signs up for Mars musical

Wet Wet Wet singer Marti Pellow is joining the stage show of War Of The Worlds.

The Scottish star has signed up for the touring musical – The War Of The Worlds: The New Generation – as The Voice of Humanity.

The show is based on the hit album created by Jeff Wayne in the late 1970s and later adapted for the stage.
