Manhunt underway after shopkeeper killed

Yorkshire: A manhunt was under way today after a shopkeeper died in a robbery. Gurmail Singh, 63, received a head injury during the raid at Cowcliffe Convenience Store in Huddersfield on Saturday night.

London: Struggling music group EMI has said it has no plans to sell London's Abbey Road recording studios.

After days of speculation over the fate of the site, made famous by the Beatles, EMI released a statement saying it believed the studios should remain under its ownership.

The firm, owned by private equity group Terra Firma, also said it had rejected an offer for the historic building last year.
