Man sought after ‘brutal’ murders

A 35-YEAR-OLD man is being urgently sought by police following the separate murders of a woman aged 50 and man of 81.

James Allen is being sought following the deaths of Colin Dunford, in Middlesbrough, on Monday, and Julie Davison, in Whitby, North Yorkshire, on Wednesday. Detectives called the killings “two brutal murders in the victims’ own homes”.
