Man questioned after teenager's death

Officers found the 19-year-old victim after being called to reports of a disturbance shortly before 2pm yesterday.

Shropshire: Investigators were today attempting to pinpoint the cause of an explosion that tore apart a block of flats in Shrewsbury, injuring 12 people.

Two suffered serious injuries, including a woman in her early 20s who sustained severe burns to her head, neck and chest when she was blown out of the building from the first floor.
