Lodger charged with two murders

A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with the murders of his landlady and her mother.

The strangled bodies of Angela Holgate, 54, and Alice Huyton, 75, were found by a relative at Mrs Holgate’s home near Southport, Lancashire, last Saturday. Their family called them “two very special people”.

Barry Morrow, 51, was arrested on Thursday.
