Katie Price ties the knot with cage fighter Reid

MODEL Katie Price and her boyfriend Alex Reid have married in Las Vegas, a spokesman for the couple said today.

The couple tied the knot in a "private, simple" ceremony in the US resort at 4pm local time yesterday.

The newlyweds said in a statement: "We are very much in love and look forward to the future together. We can't wait to get back and celebrate our marriage with our friends and family who we know fully support our wishes."

Price, 31, who split from ex-husband Peter Andre in May last year, has been dating cage fighter Reid, 34, for around seven months.

Much of their relationship has been played out in public thanks to a string of TV appearances and extensive newspaper coverage.
