He will appear in court later this month, along with Tudor Musteata, 47, and Stephen Niland, 36.

Chelsea star John Terry was found not guilty in court of a racially motivated public order offence, after being accused of yelling racist abuse at Queen’s Park Rangers’ Anton Ferdinand during a match.

However, the FA gave him a £220,000 fine and a four-match ban after it found he did racially abuse Ferdinand.
