Head's rage at bird shoot day

A HEADTEACHER has criticised parents who allowed children to miss a day’s school to help out at a pheasant shoot.

"There is no way such an absence will be authorised by the school," said Dave Shorten, head of Stradbroke High School, Suffolk.
