Haulier banned for drink-driving

A FORMER director of the Eddie Stobart haulage empire was given a fine and a driving ban yesterday after admitting drink-driving.

Edward Stobart, 55, who was arrested by police in the early hours of 17 April, pleaded guilty to the charge at Stratford-upon-Avon magistrates' court.
