Guitarist’s son is allowed back at Uni

PINK Floyd guitarist David Gilmour’s son, jailed for his part in the tuition fee riots, will be allowed to resume his studies in October, Cambridge University confirmed yesterday.

History student Charlie Gilmour was jailed for 16 months in July for going on a drink and drug-fuelled rampage at a student fees protest in December 2010.
