Going down wrong road

SOME of the roadside checkpoints used by the government's vehicle inspection agency are in the wrong places, a report from a government spending watchdog said today.

The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency's ability to target risky commercial vehicles entering the UK is limited, added the report from the National Audit Office.
