Glasgow’s Clyde Bridge given ‘apocalypse’ makeover

Some of Britain’s most famous landmarks, including Glasgow’s Clyde Bridge, are shown as smouldering ruins in a series of images released to promote an apocalyptic survival game.

Iconic buildings such as Buckingham Palace, the Angel of the North and Battersea Power Station rendered as decaying wrecks by a virus which decimates humanity in The Last Of Us, a Playstation 3 game released on Friday.

Cliffton Bridge, Liverpool’s Albert Docks, Cambridge University and Brighton Pier are also given the doomsday scenario treatment.
