Gaffe means couple win lottery twice

A COUPLE have won £96,527 on the lottery twice after accidentally buying two tickets.

John Ord, 52, picked up a ticket at a newsagent’s near his Gateshead home, not knowing his wife Karen, 44, had also bought one. The pair each used a combination of the family’s birth dates for the numbers.
