Former SPL star injured in crash

Professional footballer Filipe Morais, who played in the Scottish Premier League for four years, is in hospital after a car crash.

The Oldham Athletic forward suffered “severe concussion” in the three-vehicle collision near the club’s ground, Boundary Park. He previously played for St Johnstone, Hibs and Inverness.
