Expats change their mind over returning

EXPATS are cancelling plans to return to the UK, much preferring life overseas.

Around 15 per cent of Britons abroad have changed their minds about coming back in the last year, a survey by Lloyds TSB International found, and 69 per cent will stay away indefinitely.
