A HOMEOWNER paid £150,000 for a six-bedroom, cliff-top house – only days before the garden collapsed in a massive rock fall.

The property had been sold for such a bargain price because of its precarious position overlooking Oddicombe Beach in Torquay, Devon. It is now just 50ft from 300ft high cliffs.
