Ed Balls ‘may have lost seat’ - reports

SHADOW Chancellor of the Exchequer Ed Balls has been tipped to lose his seat, according to reports.

Michael Freeman, a former adviser to Tory chief whip Michael Gove, has claimed Labour shadow chancellor Ed Balls may be in danger of losing his Morley seat which he holds with a majority of 1,101.

Exit poll predicts a near Labour wipeout in Scotland, where they hold 40 seats, with the SNP set to win 58 out of the 59 seats.

The poll predicts Labour will win 239 seats across the UK with the Conservatives on 316, Lib Dems on 10 and Ukip on two.
