DJ Neil Fox arrested again over sex assault claims
The former Pop Idol judge, a married father of three, was first held in September over claims he assaulted two other women.
Police are believed to have been contacted by the new alleged victims after they saw media coverage of Fox’s original arrest.

Hide AdA Scotland Yard spokesman: “On Tuesday, 30 September, officers from Westminster arrested a 53-year-old man following four allegations of sexual assault against two women. Three of the allegations are non-recent, one is from earlier this year.

“The man was arrested at a business address in W1 and taken to a central London police station. Officers subsequently searched addresses in SW6 and the Littlehampton area of West Sussex.
“On Monday, 8 December, he returned on bail to a central London police station and was arrested for a further three sexual assaults involving different women. Two allegations are said have happened in the 1990s, the third is said to have happened in 2007. The man has now been bailed to return pending further enquiries to a date in March 2015.”
Five women have now made claims against Mr Fox, who was originally arrested at the Golden Square offices of Magic FM shortly after coming off air.
The probe is the latest in a long line of high-profile and sensitive inquiries into the conduct of ageing celebrities up to 40 years ago, but his arrest is not part of high-profile sex crime investigation Operation Yewtree, which was set up in the wake of revelations about BBC presenter Jimmy Savile.
Mr Fox, known by nicknames “Doctor Fox” and “Foxy”, started his career in local radio before moving to Radio Luxembourg and later Capital FM.
