Dead cat ‘strangled with phone charger’
A BENGAL cat is believed to have been strangled with a mobile phone charger, the RSPCA has said.
The dead cat was found with the car charger wrapped around its neck inside a carrier bag in a walkway at Beacon Hill in Newark, Nottinghamshire.
