Darling targets Tory 'flaws'

CHANCELLOR Alistair Darling was today due to launch an attack on Tory spending plans as the campaign build-up to the General Election got under way.

He was expected to highlight what Labour claims are "flaws" in the Conservatives' sums. The election must be held by 3 June.
