Crash tot's mum dies of her injuries in hospital

THE mother of a toddler who died when a car mounted a pavement and crashed into them has lost her fight for life.

Jackie Bloomer, 30, and her 18-month-old son Jayden were hit by a green Range Rover on Water Street in Accrington, Lancashire, on Tuesday.

Her little boy and the driver of the car, 89-year-old Ernest Wray, both died in the crash.
