Comedian Walliams to host panel show

Father-to-be David Walliams is to host a new Saturday night comedy panel show for BBC1.

The funnyman – who has announced that his wife, Lara Stone, is pregnant – will head up patriotic quiz I Love My Country, with teams answering questions about the UK.

Frank Skinner and Micky Flanagan will be the team captains. The show, which is to launch next year, is based on a hit Dutch version.
