Charges after dolphin swim

TWO men accused of disturbing a dolphin after going for a swim with the animal after a night out have told a court they thought the animal enjoyed it.

Michael Jukes, 27, and Daniel Buck, 26, both of Folkestone deny charges of disturbing the dolphin.

Known as Dave, the dolphin became a huge tourist draw after being seen regularly in the sea off Folkestone.

The pair also denied they tried to ride the dolphin by grabbing its fins.
