Car costs top poll worries

THE cost of keeping a car on the road heads the list of motoring issues drivers would most like to see addressed by political parties, an AA/Populus poll today revealed.

Drivers who do not tax or insure their vehicles was the next-biggest concern. The third-biggest worry was the number of people behind the wheel impaired by drink or drugs.
