Boys of 13 charged over Belfast riots

Three 13-year-old boys are among several youths who 
have been charged with taking part in loyalist riots in Belfast.

The teens were arrested during disturbances against new restrictions on flying the Union flag. The Police Service of Northern Ireland said that youths were involved in pockets of trouble.
