Boy, 5, dies after climbing frame fall

A FIVE-year-old boy has died after falling from a climbing frame in his school playground. Samuel Orola was knocked unconscious when he apparently lost his footing at around 1pm on Thursday.

His death, at Tolworth Infant and Nursery School, in Surbiton, Surrey, is being treated as unexplained.
