Boy, 16, is arrested over carnival attack

A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a man was stabbed at the Notting Hill Carnival.

The victim, a 20-year-old man, suffered stab wounds to his stomach and hand near the end of the event on Monday evening. He was said to be in a serious but stable condition in hospital last night.
