Body lay in back of van for four months

MISSING former soldier Paul O’Brien, 42, has been found dead in the back of his van after it sat uninvestigated in a council car park for four months.

His van was in a breaker’s yard after being towed away by the council from a pub car park near Stretham, Cambridgeshire.
