Blindness concern for aspirin users

Taking aspirin for ten years increases the risk of going blind. Scientists say it could lead to neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Researchers at Wisconsin University in the US found AMD in 1.8 per cent of regular aspirin users, compared with 1 per cent of non-users.
