BlackBerry users in poll revolt

MORE than 40 per cent of BlackBerry users considered switching their smartphone after being hit by service problems for more than three days, a survey has found.

Almost two-thirds (64 per cent) of those polled said they eyed an Apple iPhone after being left unable to use their BlackBerry services.
