150,000 jobs lost in banking crisis

AROUND 150,000 finance jobs have been lost in the past four years since the start of the “crisis” which gripped the industry, a leading union has claimed.

Unite said that despite the scale of the cuts, little had changed to improve the regulatory regime and prevent problems happening in the future.
