13th person held after Indian general knife attack

DETECTIVES investigating a knife attack on an Indian general in central London have arrested a 13th person.

A 27-year-old man was held in west London on Sunday on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and remains in custody at a police station in south London, Scotland Yard said.
