BBC presenter Andrew Marr said today he had taken out a super-injunction to protect his family's privacy.

Mr Marr said he felt "uneasy" about the High Court injunction, which he won in January 2008 to suppress reports of an extra-marital affair. He said: "Am I embarrassed by it? Yes."

WINNIE JOHNSON, the mother of Moors Murder victim Keith Bennett, has said she may have just months to find out where her son is buried after she was diagnosed with cancer and has made a DVD appealing directly to Ian Brady. Keith, 12, was snatched by Brady and Myra Hindley in 1964.

Kent: Hundreds of people, including many young children, looked on in horror as a "human cannonball" stuntman plunged to his death at a daredevil show. The 23-year-old man died after a safety net failed during the Scott May's Daredevil Stunt Show at the Kent County Showground.

Coventry: A teenager died after he was hit by a car when it crashed through a garden fence. The 16-year-old was fatally injured in the incident in the Willenhall area on Saturday night. The car appeared to have left the road and crashed through the fence, trapping the victim.
