Two killed in crash near Stonehaven

TWO people were killed in a car crash in Aberdeenshire last night.

Police said the accident happened just after 8pm on the B979 Stonehaven to Netherley road, about three miles from Stonehaven.

The road was closed to allow an accident investigation to be carried out.
