Two in hospital after serious assaults

POLICE are appealing for help after a 19-year-old man and a 27- year-old woman were seriously assaulted in Glasgow yesterday.

Following a midnight disturbance involving six youths in Rigmuir Road in Govan, police were called to the scene. The victims were both taken hospital in Glasgow to be treated for facial injuries.
