Two die in hot-air balloon tragedy

TWO men died when a hot air balloon plunged out of the sky while attempting to climb to high altitude.

It is thought that the pair were trying to ascend to 20,000ft when the craft plummeted to the ground in Midsomer Norton, near Bath, Somerset on New Year's Day, narrowly missing a row of houses.
